Taco Bell - KFC in Red Deer

Love their chicken

I went to kfc.ca and found a 14pc Family Special for $25.99. Apparently this is only in Calgary or Edmonton. Costs $48.86 here in Red Deer for a 16pc Meal. Seriously do not understand it. How can it be double the price here? Going to hit Safeway for Chicken Tender Party Pack and Wedges for $20, and call it a day. I also couldn't order online because they don't service my address at all.

Making a new review of this place because the customer service was absolutely appalling today... my fiance and I went to this kfc because the last few times we went while a young girl was working we had an amazing experience food was delicious and service was great. Unfortunately everytime we go while this older lady with a thick accent is working she is always rude and glares and rolls her eyes we asked for something we have received on the menu multiple times before and she told us it was impossible to do and that we would have to order a different item on the menu so my fiance and I settled on a boneless box add a medium fries and a medium gravy but what we paid for was completely different and we didn't even receive what was on the receipt then when we confronted them about it they told us that that we ordered what we got and they would only put it in a different box for us not give us what we paid for... so overall I would avoid this place while she is working...

Get what you want. I like a rib with white meat. Large pieces. Tasty!

This is THE WORST KFC I've ever delta with. I ordered 60 bux worth of food to not get my fries . Every time I order, Something has been missing and when I call their store , they basically say I'm lying. So that being said. The Staff is horrible to deal with. Delivery drivers are rude. Also they promise me "store" credit every time. I've never received it ever. I would STAY Away from this Store . I'll never order from them Again.

They threatened me with calling the police when I took a selfie while waiting for my order telling me that I was not allowed to take pictures inside. A horrible experience

A couple of chicken finger inside Zinger burger. I do not recommend this place.

Drumstick was not optimally fresh but the rest of the food definitely was either way the whole meal was really good. Service was very good as well.

Inconsistent,sometimes the food is great and sometimes soggy and old.

Very fast service and friendly staff. Been here for countless times over the last 4 years always great service.

Gravy had a 1/4 inch of grease on it, stunk, and tasted revolting. Chicken was super greasy. Yuck!

Place had dirty napkins in the dining area throughout when I visited. Staff made me repeat my order of a bucket 6 times even though we were face to face with me pointing at the sign. The chicken I had does not at all taste fresh.

The manager Gina is absolutely terrible. I arrived at 6:10pm on Sunday, they were out of kitchen, was asked to wait 20 minutes. I was ordering for 7 people I ordered 20 piece bucket and extra large fries, spend over $48 on the order. I asked Gina (the manager) since I had to wait 20 minutes for our order, whether she would add 'one' extra peice to the bucket, so, everyone gets 3 peices, she starred me down with her eveil look and replied NO, WE DON'T DO THAT. The irony about this situation was that I managed that store some 18 years ago. As a manager of the store, we did more than just adding 'one' peice of additional peice of chicken when we made a customer wait over 20 minutes in a fastfood restaurant for their order. So, ILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

This down town location has the best staff I have dealt with always super friendly they also have delivery.

I order from here last night and I will say it was the most terrible chicken I have had. Order extra crispy and it was so bland! And we only got one salad we didnt even get our corn. The gravey and the fires teasted like old firery grease.Very very very disappointed

Terrible place I was just there I try to get a chicken burger and told me that they ran out of all the ingredients to make me a chicken burger I will never go back and the lady at the till her response was very rude 😡

Stopped by after work and ordered a 4 piece MEGA meal for take out. I should have checked the contents as I received two pieces of chicken and a MEGA bag of fries that was maybe 2/3 full. Not much for $14.00.... but you pay your money and you take your chances.

not impressed - after leaving the north KFC for not accepting KFC.ca coupons, I went to this location and they do not accept either - they were printed from KFC.ca, and are the printable coupons. false advertising if they are not accepting.

Don't know who these other people are talking about because they deliver my food in a timely fashion & are always very nice when I pay & say have a nice day.

Tried to order online around 8pm . Wouldn't let me . Which is weird cuz I've ordered from this store a few times . So we went to go pick up instead of delivery and they were closed ! Hours said open till 10 . Not impressed. Don't have hours of operation if you aren't gonna follow it all the time .

Wow the google search and website for online order says open till 10:00pm stupid flips shut down at 8:00pm lmfao... WOW!!!🤣 Guess my out of town guests won't be able to order what they wanted what retard owns these KFC'S??? Guess they don't need the money...... I'm sure the flips will keep them in business... Tiny little place that has no drive thru. Service was excellent and food came fast and was very good plus the staff loaded up my popcorn chicken. Place is clean. Would eat here again.

The chicken is greasy and they are too rigid with their menue. eg; they wont substitute wings for drumsticks. Keep a good watch for foreign items. Anything from deep fried spiders to feathers still on the chicken. Yes, I have found these and more.

The food was hot, with good attention to order details, polite, commendable customer service.

Very slow and food is extra greasy from this location. The parking lot is the wrost the get in and out with unless you have a smart car. Staff can barely speak English or understand it.

Really dirty place. I used to like it here but there are a handful of places in town that was extremely better and higher quality and better service.

In my opinion, the gravy at this location is the best of all of the Red Deer locations. I'm generally pretty happy with what I've ordered.My experience with staff here has always been positive.

It's was exactly what I expect from KFC. Nothing extraordinarily good or bad about it.This one's location can make it trickier to get in and out of.

went 2 days ago, with the family, my daughter loves KFC, but this specific one (Crossiron Mills Mall KFC) was terrible food wise, as we all had food poisoning 2 hours after, and the suffering continued till 2 days after.. They should know better when they are serving food to families and little kids, it was a big disappointment..our experience was NOT GOOD AT ALL.
